- Providing leadership and guidance to the Cornell community on the University’s equal opportunity and civil rights compliance obligations
- Investigating and supervising the investigation of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation complaints under Policy 6.4
- Guiding the response to reports of bias incidents involving employees or third parties
- Developing outreach, education, and training initiatives on the University’s nondiscrimination policy and procedures for faculty, staff, and students
