Responsibilities:  

  • Serves as a neutral investigator in formal complaints alleging violations of Policies 6.4 and 6.3
  • Responds to reports of bias incidents involving employees or third parties
  • In response to Non-Title IX/Employee Protected-Status Harassment and Discrimination reports, conducts preliminary assessments and analysis; coordinates review with EO Program Director, Human Resources, and other University officials to prevent discrimination and harassment and remedy its effects
  • In response to Title IX/Sexual Misconduct reports, receives reports, conducts initial assessments, assists with the provision of Supportive Measures; collaborates with campus partners to prevent sexual misconduct and remedy its effects
