Responsibilities
- Serves as a neutral investigator in formal complaints alleging violations of Policies 6.4 and 6.3.
- In response to Title IX/Sexual Misconduct reports, receives reports, conducts initial assessments, assists with the provision of Supportive Measures; collaborates with campus partners to prevent sexual misconduct and remedy its effects.
- In response to reports of discrimination and harassment in violation of Policy 6.4, conducts preliminary assessments and analysis, and conducts investigations as appropriate. Coordaintes response with camous partners to prevent discrimination and harassment and remedy its effects.
