New procedures under Cornell University Policy 6.4 for resolution of reports against students for sexual and related misconduct became effective August 1, 2016. The procedures include a hearing with a three-member hearing panel of faculty and staff members and a non-voting hearing chair. The university is seeking faculty and staff members to serve on hearing panels for two-year terms.
